I signed up for a 14-day trial with this product, and started getting billed for the next three months, which I did not expect. I asked them to cancel but they billed me again for it today. This product does not work and is overpriced, and I never asked to receive it every month. How do I cancel my "subscription" and get a refund?

I didn't even find any madehealthy.com website. It's obviously a scam.
