I sent in a report for 1/17/17 about a call to customer service dept. I received the 1st watch today and called customer service dept. I was told that my account had not been cancelled and I could return my "luxury watch" which is from Japan and certainly isn't a "luxury" watch!! I repeated I wanted my account closed which he said he would do. However he could do nothing about 2 previous watches; I didn't receive and their charges. These people are a SCAM!
