I ordered two pairs of pumps. Like the other complaints, I felt trouble after not receiving an order confirmation. I was worried my account would be plundered. A month later, I received a lettre from customs with questions about the value in the package. I had to pay one third of the amount I ordered to customs. I paid it, because I was happy I finally received the shoes. But, they where fake products! Not wearable, not comfortable and no way I can return them and get my money back.
