The wechat id "qinaq92" has been operating for many years and has cheated many into people. I have been scammed by this wechat id, as he told me he would fix my student visa in China and took $500 in advance. Later on, he told me to pay the full money otherwise he wouldn't do my work. I didn't like this and as I asked for refund, he did not give me my money. When I googled this wechat id. I found that he had scammed many more before
