I received this same letter but I did send any money...if it sounds to good to be true...it probably isn't!
I had not applied to any unkown sweepstakes or anything like that, so you would be just sending me money?
No phone number to call and actually speak to anyone and a po box to send money...seriously!
Everyone should be aware and submit complaints if one comes in your mail box.
