A company representing Twin Bluffs Financial called and claimed they had a lawsuit filed against me for a loan I obtained with Twin Bluffs Financial. This is the first time I've ever heard of this "company" and I never received a loan through them... EVER. They had some of my personal info, which concerns me because real debt collect companies ask you to verify your info not tell you the info they have. Plus lawsuits aren't filed via fax nor are they discussed on the phone without first being properly served. I asked the rep for proof and she told me they had my signature on file; how the hell is that proof?? I never got a loan from this company, so I need to see why they "think" I did. Someone needs to shut this company down. I haven't gotten a payday loan / cash advance loan in a very long time and certainly not when they "claimed" I did. What a joke.
