I ordered a watch in Dec 2016 which was supposed to be a luxury men's watch. The only thing I had to pay was S&H. I received a watch which looked like the average Timex watch and also, the band was small enough to fit my female wrist. Three weeks later, my card was debited $98.00. I called the company and was told it was the monthly membership fee. I said I don't want to be a member. The woman offered to send a replacement watch but to wait until I received it to cancel. I waited and still no watch came. On Jan 26, they billed me another $98.00 membership fee. I called today and went through the same process and conversation. I requested that my money be refunded. I was told the previous promised watch was in the process of being delivered and that she could only refund 50% of the membership fee. I agreed and cancelled my subscription. I told her I would file a complaint because of their under-handed business practices and that I would let all facebook users know what kind of company they are running.
