As I opened my Wells Fargo online, a survey appeared suggesting that I complete it to receive a gift for a delivery postage of $5.95 . They charged my bank $98.95 and $5.99. I had already paid the $5.95 as was stated on the survey.
I immediately contacted my bank. They reviewed the compliant and credited my account for $104.94. The bank had me to get a new card. What a joke! What a scam.
Not only did they try to scam me but tried to do the same thing to my husband who also completed the survey a week before. They charged him $98.00. That's not all! The $98.00 was recurring monthly.
