I ordered a purse from this company, also for a Christmas gift. Online it said that it would ship in 5-10 business days. I went several times to the shipping information on the link provided, but it said it was "pending." After realizing that this was most likely a fake site ("Coach Store") I requested my money back. Then, of course, I get the bag some time in January. I have contacted my bank to try and get my money back. I have tried to contact the company because on the website it states there are "local offices" to send returns to, but I have had no response. I was also charged more than the original "invoice" stated.
