Horrible service.
I contacted the store prior to making purchase to confirm the shoes would arrive by the 10buosness days quoted as they were a present.
They promised they would arrive in time. I made purchase for 2 pairs of shoes. Confirmation was prompt and websote was authentic.
After 4 days I requested the invoice and tracking number and got a poorly worded email to say ask again in a few days. I waited two days and re asked for invoice and tracking number with the same response.
Now 15business days late I am fairly well peeved off.
Be careful.
