Answered an email from "Costco" (where I am a member) to take a survey for a 50.00 gift certificate. At the end of the survey it had nothing about a gift certificate but said I could choose from a couple of items. The only one I would have wanted was a clutch purse. I was directed to pay just 5.99 for shipping for this free item. I did and I did receive a purse that I wouldn't have paid 10.00 for. 14 days later my checking account was charged 98.00. I had to ask my bank who it was from as there was no information about what it was for. I found out it was from Allegro Luxury. I called and asked for a refund if I sent the purse back. They said there was nothing they could do because I was outside the return date (by one day). I spoke with three different supervisors and none of them would do a thing.
