Online survey advertised because I am a loyal Costco customer. It was advertised as a thank you for shopping at Costco. I understood I only had to pay 5.99 for shipping. Allegro automatically charged my bank account an additional 98.00 for a hand bag that isn't worth 20.00. They also signed me up for a subscription to receive additional items once a month. When I called them they said I was outside the return date (by one day) and three supervisors said there was nothing they could do. WHAT A SCAM!
