I received two text messages from Unionbank that I made a transaction using my credit card in the amount of USD250.00 and USD130.00. At the same time, I received two e-mails saying that I used my credit card and the merchant is SKR* Skrill GB.

I didn't use my card to do such online transaction. Actually, this is the first time I've heard of Skrill.

Can you help me reverse the said transaction? Unionbank is asking me to contact the merchant. I just don't understand why they won't do the verification themselves! Help!
