First I would like to say I am on the Do Not Call list yet I received numerous calls from this company. I finally listened 2 their spiel and told them I was already planning a trip with friends to Puerto Rico. They talked me into purchasing 2 five star vacations both 5 nights 6 days and promised me the Reef Atlantis. Manny the sales person said it would be no problem for us to travel together and that we could definitely go to The Reef Atlantis. Manny also never mentioned that children are ages 12 and younger and I even told him that teenagers would be going. I finally bought the package for $699 plus tax thinking that if they were the sister company of Marriott of which they said they had to be legitimate. I should have known better. They are now telling me that the reef Atlantis is no longer available and that their are only few hotels that will allow me to gift one of the packages to my friend and let us go at the same time. I was promised five stars but at the least the resort will be four stars. Carol seems to be the only honest one at the company. I told them I want my money back but they said it is non-refundable. They completely lied to me and I am not able to get what we wanted and were promised. I am incredibly disappointed and at this point just want my money back. Orlando is the reservation specialist and just trying to find packages for us but I highly doubt that it will be a four or five star resort.
