Hi, I forgot to also mention that their 'returning shipping address is the same as their initial shipping address' they sent out the trial.
In email, they are still negotiating with me with another 50% off offer option & to keep the items, & says that they'll give me their returning address 'after I choose one of the options'.
(although I already got the returning address earlier from the phone call with their representative--after a great deal of patience to get through the process)
I wonder it's their way to help trial day expire ??
In my opinion, they fail to serve better with products with such prices & clearly they do not offer a consumer-friendly process that I get from any other online business I dealt with in my experiences up to now.
I'm on my way to the post office & let's see how much the shipping costs for this small box.
