I have bought a bag Lancel "french quality" on www.soldessac-france.com. I have validated the amount of 208 EUR. In two days my account was debited for the amount of 226 EUR. The arrived bag was not of the color the I have chosen on web site and the quality is very bad Made in China. I would like to send this bag but there is no the return address. I try now to contact somebody by mail indicated on the web site and to obtain the return address but without success.
