I saw a facebook ad for luxury clutch and had to pay a small fee $5.95 for shipping. 16 days later, $98 was drafted out of my checking account. I called this company who gave me a cancellation code and was to refund my money and told me to keep my clutch bag. I called my bank who refunded my money and filled a report with their fraud department. I called back to the company on 1/18 to speak with them because they had not credited my account just to see what they would say. The woman claimed the only manager was on a phone call and she was reading her response from a book. OMG! I asked for another manager and there wasn't one. Will call the BBB in California and file a complaint.
