Decided to try the free trial of face serum and eye serum! Lost 5 days as I ordered on a holiday weekend!
Still call I day 14 to cancel and that day they charged me right after I called to cancel was told to ship back the product so I did still no refund ! Then was informed that I would only get back 70% because of a restocking fee!!! Ummm it's face cream and your restocking it!??? Gross! So what I tried was someone else's return???
That's disgusting! And the representative hung up on me! So I called back and now it's gonna be 4 weeks before I get my refund! Are you kidding me!
Very shady company! So I canceled my card and got a new one and filed a complaint with my bank! Hope it works
