I purchased this product only, off the Home Page of Microsoft. I clicked on the "Picture with short description". It took me to the above mentioned web site and I saw a brief description of the product. In no part was I informed of some " subscription" at an additional charge to which I did not agree to. Their " E-Mail Support" address takes me to the inter-net search pages, (100)'s of them. It is clear to me that they intend to "defraud" me by making it as hard as possible for me to contact them. Credit services tell me this is rampant and they can continue to charge this account until I close my account and request a new credit card. At the least this is nothing less than fraud/ senior financial abuse! I intend to look into this legally.
