I participated in a survey and as a reward was offered two different products, Nuriva and Renaderm, as a reward. It stated I would only have to pay $4.95 shipping and handling for each product. I received the products timely and thought maybe they were helping with my wrinkles until I went to purchase a sandwich and my debit card was rejected for insufficient funds. Upon investigating, I found that on 10/4 Total Naturals took an additional $99.15 and on 10/7 E Health Naturals took an additional $86.15. Both of these October charges were unauthorized. Now I am having trouble cancelling and getting a refund.

- Call the 800 number on your charge statement and don't take no for an answer. I said I would challenge the charge s with the credit card company and contact the BBB. I ended up with a refund and was told to keep the product. Be assertive--don't back down.
