I was sent an email on 1/9/17 stating I was matched with a lender & all I needed to do was pay the $34.95 fee to get my loan. I paid the fee but never got the approval for the loan. When I email them I get an out of office response telling me to contact them during business hours (which I did) & still got the same response. When I call the number, it doesn't ring just hangs up. This is a total scam I cannot believe I fell for this. I demand a refund. What do I need to do to get my money back?
