I bought a Christmas gift on the Internet on a French website alarmjp.fr. After 2 weeks I got the package and there was nothing that could even be similar to the original product. I have no option to make a complaint, since there is no phone number or address given on the website. I have sent a few text messages to the phone number which was given on a delivery note but no one texted back. It seems I don't have any chance to contact somebody or to get my money back.
