On 11/23/16 a premier support Tech Name Micah worked on my HP Laptop. His job was to removed a virus. He completely wiped out my PC. software and personal data. He did not take precautions such as putting my PC in safe mode he wiped out the complete partition. I had to go buy Windows 10 at $58 Premier support their job was to reinstall Windows on my laptop did not work so they're sending me back to HP. I lost all my pictures. I lost historical data concerning my cancer.
I lost all my notes this cancer that I have.
I lost software programs such as PDF converter Photoshop and Windows 365 programs that I have to replace. They will not take responsibility for their actions. what bothers me the most is that they think they are not wrong. I'll have to buy a new laptop with softwares a cost of about $2500.
