I was a 'premium' paid subscriber ($5/ month) for several years until without warning they began auto-debiting my card $10 / month -- double the agreed amount!!

First I looked for a customer service line for billing problems - there isn't any. I sent an email to "customer service" and explained that I was incorrectly billed from May to September (word to the wise: check your statement every month, ahhh). I asked for a credit for the difference. I explained that I authorized a monthly debit at $5 / month for the plan I signed up for and I didn't authorize the additional amount. Simple. I wanted a credit for the difference...

I received a sales pitch for a plan with the same service that now goes by a different name. No mention of the credit owed to me. So I persisted, wrote another email, outlining clearly what I expected as a customer. I requested only what was fair and owed to me based on our agreement. Ignored indefinitely.

DO NOT give these people your card information. Dramafever engages in fraudulent billing practices. They return your trust in auto-billing services by taking advantage of you. Read the reports from different people on this site. Currently 5 reports, all unresolved.

Do not sign up for any auto-billed premium plans with dramafever, unless you're comfortable with watching your credit card statement like a hawk and feeling lucky enough to be treated fairly when you present your problem to their anonymous customer messaging system.

I'm angry that my problem was ignored and now it's far worse than how it began. Because I was taken advantage of and then ignored, I'm motivated to reach out to several other sites after this one.
