Holiday Sands promises to represent Marriott Vacation Club. Once you pay and see the properties in question, there is nothing to do with Marriott. Also, trying to get someone on the phone to do a booking or answer a question is impossible as well.
We were promised two 5 night vacations and a cruise. Yes, i did research before signing up and did not see any issues as I've been called before with Hyatt and Wyndham. This has all the makings of a scam.
