Appalling response from Deal Empire (who advertises on FB) when I tried to get a refund as the one-size-did-NOT-fit-all! Not only did the delivery take nearly 2 months to get to me, they tried to fob me off on the no refund disclaimer when It is very clear it was on used goods only (end of para 1.1).
