I was solicited by a Telemarketing Firm back around 2011. The firm associated with them is known as (12 Income Solutions. They initially charged me $2500.00 , and claimed that I would be coached on how to make a 6 to 7 digit monthly income figure with at least 12 separate website business site income streams. I never received any coaching, and no one would return my calls. So I decided to stop paying them their monthly fee of $250. They finally called me back telling me that they would sue me for non-payment. I told them that I had not received any services from them. The then threatened to ruin my credit. I told them to go ahead and I would not pay them anymore money since they had scammed me. Now Omega RMS claims I owe them the sum of $45,20.00. I want to file a lawsuit against them for theft of services, deceptive conduct and unethical business practices. I do not believe that I should pay a scammer any additional money at all.
