I ordered a Vans backpack from this company. The bag I received was not the one ordered. I have contacted the firm 4 times but have had no answers.

- Same for me! I ordered a pair of Vans on Christmas evening and after my confirmation emails, I had nothing to say they'd been dispatched or anything. When they came, they were completely the wrong pair. I emailed to complain, and then again when I had no reply after a week. It's more than a week after my 2nd complaint and I've still heard nothing back. They owe me £50.02, so I'll be getting in touch with my Citizens Advice Bureau this week. I've seen other people complaining that they weren't sent the item that they ordered aswell. The website has no solid links to forms of social media or address for the company, and everything is sent from China, which you don't realise until you get to the checkout and spot the ridiculous P&P charge. What a joke. These guys are criminals.
