I sent off for a free trial just paying postage and packing. I didn't check my bank statement in November as too busy with xmas rush but receiving more goods this morning alerted me to check my bank account. They had taken out a further £200 in December so I rang them and said did not authorise these payments and was told as I didn't cancel the 'free' trial after 14 days then it was in the small print that a CPA would be started once a month until cnacelled. I have 'lost £200 due to these scammers as they have only agreed to refund me Decembers payments. I don't even like the goods - and who in there right mind would pay £99 for a small pot of face cream anyway!! Complete rip off and I hope this warns others to stay away from this 'company'.
