She harassed me. Could not spell her last name on several occassions. Talked and talked like she was wearing me down. Wanted paying for support she never gave. I nearly got a sever headache. I only went on ebay to sell items but in the process I locked my Trip case and had no combination for the lock. Premier Technical support 08000903853. I already had an appointment with minds matter as they needed to call me. Maybe this is why I never got a call from them because she was trying to scam me. she even lied when I opened notepad on laptop to write down details and she closed it. She just said she was not doing anything. Terrible phone line, nothing but crashing and banging in background. Bad accent, very unclear. Should not be on a phone as a job, repetitive and very selfish. She even asked me age and then said something like I sounded 20 not 28/9 and then said do I not like compliment. How is sounding young a compliment or even relevant. Very troubling. I did get some weird porn links opening yesterday just for looking a feel unique or ebay or 4od, maybe she and her company was doing something then to make me think I had a laptop issue.
