December 13, 2016 a coffee mug was ordered the price of the item along with shipping and handling was deducted from my bank account. Order status advised that the item had been delivered however, no product ever received.
Several attempts to contact the company and all you get is an answering machine to leave a message and no return phone call or response.
when attempting to use the "contact Us" button on the website it gives a message that advises, "This page temporarily no in service"
I want them to be put on notice, it appears that myself and two or three other people are the only ones that trusted this site and company.
