Ordered a doll for a Christmas present (guaranteed delivery for Christmas). Company policy was that they would not charge card until item was shipped. On 12/13 they indicated the item shipped and posted a FEDEX Smartpost tracking number - which came up as "not found in the FEDEX system". The company issues a bogus number - bills the bank for the shipment and then never ships the item. Made several calls to the company who assured me that the item would be delivered by the end of each day - It is now Christmas and no item. Searching this has occurred (same story - same scam) for at least 100 other people. This company deserves to be black balled and removed from every good reference possible - they are lying, fraudulent & heartless.
