I never made contact with Lion sea, I just notice when I went to the bank and notice a pending charge $64.09. I used the program once for a charge of $5.99 for one week use about 2 months ago, and the program didn't fix my problems anyway all that talk about Microsoft partner. Two months later I am missing on a pending charge for $64.09 dollars. I went to my Bank and they said I have to wait till the money has to withdrawn before I can dispute it! Since then I tried to contact them to cancel, but the website just vanished. When I sent email to cancel, It didn't even show up in sent email. Its like they turned into a ghost.
