I purchased products from Biotrim Labs on 4 November 2016 and have to date not received anything. After numerous calls where I was told to phone next week I was told to go and make enquiries at my local Post Office. The lady on the phone could however not give me a tracking number. Who sends merchandise without a tracking number??? My nearest Post Office cannot assist me without a tracking number. What do I do now?
