We purchased a English Bulldog from this person/breeder in January 2016 and we were told we would get the puppy with AKC certification papers. Time passed and we never got the papers. I would text her and all she would reply was "you will get your papers", but they never came. I reported her to BBB and she promised me in an email on April 19, 2019 that I would get the papers in November 2016. We are now at the end of December and my husband and I have tried to contact her with no response.
I also want to mention that I paid for the puppy to be chipped and when I got it and took it to the vet they scanned it for a chip and there was none detected. Additionally, when we got the puppy she had a tick on her stomach which you could tell had been there for a while. When I reported this to the breeder she said that the puppy probably got it on the plane. I strongly believe this lady is running a puppy mill, doesnt really take care of the puppies and just breeds for the money.
All I am asking for is the AKC certification for my puppy like she promised.
