International boundaries

My first contact with this company:
I received the "Coach" items yesterday, December 16th, 2016. Totally
unacceptable & extremely poor quality.

Their first response after requesting a refund was:
I am so sorry to hear that, our bags are excellent quality. most of our
customers are all like them. but you are not satisfied with it, if return , it
will cost 45$ shipping fee for you, and when refund, it will cost 30% for fees.
how about we refund 8% to you, then you can avoid the loss

I replied:Let me start by saying that I had your two products
inspected by official Coach analysts. Your products are fake reproductions and
very poorly constructed.
> I will pay a nominal fee to return these disappointing gifts, however, I will
not pay over half of the original cost.
> I find it very hard to believe that "most of your customers like these fake
reproductions" of a very highly regarded company's workmanship and reputation.
> Now, what is the address that I need to ship this stuff back to you and be
refunded the purchase price, less shipping & handling?
> If you overcharge my credit card that I provided in good faith, I will be in
contact with the federal authorities on my behalf, the agency that already has
your shipping label from where this package originated.

They replied:
dear friend.
> as you know we are international trade, the shipping fee and price of the
bags are too high, we also paid the tax of the customs. so we didn't earn money,
the best we can refund to you is 12%. you can keep the bag, and avoid the lose

I replied:
No, I do not understand. What I do know, is that "your international trade" is
a fraud and that you are a fraudulent company overseas, hiding behind the guise
of prominent retailers.
12% refund? Could you be any more insulting?
I want a FULL refund for the garbage you sent to me that isn't worth ten
American dollars and you know that to be true.
I expect a reply.
