Free trial only costs S&H per website but then charged $89 for shipment if not cancelled via telephone within 14 days. When I called the phone number on the packing slip (and on the terms and agreement), they were unable to locate my account. There is no contact information on the webpage and no way to cancel via internet even though originally purchased via internet.
