Hi, im a subscriber of Vodafone - (Personal information removed) since 2007, and was happy to be connected with good services of the company.
But recently my user package f Half Rate Plan was switched to some unknown plan without any intimation/notification to me. Under this plan i was privileged to call 3 people at the rate of 25 paise/min. which was consequently deactivated without my information.
Such an act is very unfair from the esteemed company like VODAFONE. I guess the company is now indulged into cheating business.
Time and again i tried to call out help from Customer Care but never got any favorable response. The call runs over more than 30mins and at end no satisfactory response is rendered.
Moreover the Executives doesn't understand the whole issue, and when asked to transfer call to the Sr, Executive it gets disconnected after a long wait on the HOLD TONE.
Its really pathetic.
I don't wish to continue with Vodafone if my problem is not resolved soon.

My no. (Personal information removed)
