The charge for the $99 stolen from my account plus the $35 overdraft are still on my account. I filed a dispute 12 days ago, and I was told it takes "on average" 10 days to get it cleared. I didn't think it'd take that long cause you know, people got bills to pay and the longer you wait the harder it is to clear shit up. But nope, It's been 12 days and I'm STILL waiting, 5 phone calls and a bank visit and I'm still left in the dark about what's going on.
They're, apparently waiting on a response from the company owner of Vtsup.com, where you buy discounted porn at the expense of anyone unfortunate enough to make a transaction at a certain time! (Even though porn is free if you look literally anywhere), but why would someone who KNOWS they're doing illegal shit respond? They fucking wouldn't, the fact that I have to wait this long to get a refund of 10 damn dollars from someone who, through a simple google search reveals that they're fraudulent, is shitty as fuck.
I'm actually amazed at how poorly this bank is handling the situation. Imagine if I had bills to pay with this account. I'd be in deep shit because some dipshit in Amsterdam had to spend $99 to beat his dick for 5 minutes. And that's another thing, the charge is from Amsterdam. I'm 17 and, as far as I know I can't teleport, how the fuck am I gonna go to a buffet then, 20 minutes later pop up in fucking Amsterdam? Anyone with half a brain can see I didn't make this charge, and the fact that the bank can't just take off the charge and actually has to make sure it's OKAY with the scammer to do so is fucking ridiculous. "Hey, someone said you stole money from them..is it fine if we have it back?"
