I suspected this was a scam after a short period of time, as many 855- numbers are. Did a "contact us" and requested they not send a phone but they sent it anyway. Now they want more information in order to cancel "my account. I do not have an "account", since I have not opened the box and/or activated the phone. I may just return to sender via UPS. I want out.
