Here is another compliant about MilitaryCupid.com. I met a lady on this site just a few weeks from my membership was to run out. I had been on this site for a year with no contacts from anyone. No one responded to my emails or messages on the web site. I got a contact from a lady that want to chat. After a few messages she wanted me to go on KiK web site so we could talk. After I down loaded to app on my phone we started chatting. After about 2 days time she was to go to Egypt to check on her mother who was sick. She went to Egypt (supposedly) and told me that her mother had cancer was not to live much longer. About two days later and about a dozen messages she want me to send her some money because her credit card didn't work over there and see need some money sent to her. I told her that I didn't have any money to send and she stated that I didn't need to send her money from, but that she was going to get the money from a friend here in the USA. She need my mailing address so her friend could send me the money and cash it, send her part of the money, and save her some money when she got back home. I was to receive a check for $4,500.00 which I was to send part of it to her by Western Union. Sure enough I received a check by FedEx with a check in it. I wasn't sure if the check was real so I checked the address from the bank that was on the check and it was a fake address. Oh and by the way I told her that I would let her know when the check arrived and when the check hit the front door I got a message from her that I should have received the check. At this time I deiced to play a little game with her. I told her that it would be about an hour before I could to the bank. I did check the name of the person that sent the check and he was a real person, but the phone number on the FedEx form was a fake. After visiting the local FBI office to see if there was any way to track down or check about finding these people I was told that it was all a scam. He told me that the bank would have cashed the check and a few days later I would get a notice that the check was no good. I would have been stuck with having to pay back the money. If I had sent the money to here I would have had to pay the bank for all the money that sent to her in Egypt. I waited for about 4 hours before I responded to her messages. I told her that the check wasn't any good and the bank wouldn't cash it. Her responds was "WHAT... yes the check was good". I told I didn't know any thing other than they wouldn't cash the check. She sent me a message and said she would check about the check and would get back with me. I haven't heard from her since.

Just to let you know that her email wasn't real and her phone number wasn't real either. I checked it on www.BeenVerified.com. This is a great site to check to see if people are who they say they are.
