I contacted Nexway because my computer was acting up. I bought their services for over $550 total. They worked on my computer remotely and ostensibly fixed my problem. They had not. I had to call every day for the next three days and each time, after a tech had worked, they had not fixed the problem. Two days later I called again. Again they promised the computer had been repaired. It had not. I called a sixth time and was put on hold. Finally, they called me and I informed them that I wanted my money back. They had a 30 day money back guarantee. The guy argued with me about wanting to have another try, the fifth at fixing the computer and I refused to do that. I wanted a refund. Finally he agreed to pay me back but was going to keep $168.00 as "technician fees". I called my credit card company to dispute all charges.
