Complaint 355741 Details

I returned 4 unopened bottles to them, per their instructions with their return authorization numbers. They confirmed receipt of my return, but since I have opened an investigation via a credit card dispute, they now claim they are unable to touch the funds in order to give me a refund. They say it's in the hands of my bank now. My bank (Citibank) will not do anything until the merchant issues refund. So now I have zero product in my hands and $355.88 that nobody is refunding me. I just have to be out this grand figure, without any product to show for it. I have learned a very expensive lesson. If anyone knows of a way for me to get the refund that is due me, since my credit card is failing to even help here, please let me know.
