Several years ago I purchased AVG Antivirus. After the purchase I was transferred to GIGPCSUPPORT and was informed they were affiliated with AVG and would sign me up for LIFETIME SUPPORT for $399 for 5 PCs. Too good to be true and I should have known then. I used them several times with problems understanding India English. On line it was fine. Then in 2014 I tried to use support and I was informed I had only purchased lifetime AVG software and would have to now pay for LIFETIME SUPPORT. Now today I had the same old SCAM pulled on me. "I only purchased one year of support and lifetime software". Beware of GIGPCSUPPORT
