I purchased hair product of R350 and when they deducted the amount they deducted R2012.50. I immediately called my bank and completed a dispute form but my bank came back saying that I authorised the amount and they cannot refund me. I did not authorise this huge amount that is why I called immediately when I saw the deduction, but my bank does not want to believe me. What do I do now? I have tried to email this company but just get automatic replies. Phoning them does not work as I just go through automatic messages again. Please help as this incident has really put me in a difficult financial position as R2012.50 is not R200... and definitely not R350 as it appeared on the screen.
