Sir/Madam,
Please be informed that I was only a visitor for about six months in Victoria, Australia with residence and mailing address at: 4 Currawong St., Mornington, Victoria 3930, Australia. Sometime at the later part of my stay, I was attracted to respond to an online survey which if completed promised to reward a free gift. Free gift but I was made to pay for the shipment fee something like 2.9 US dollars using my credit card. I was obliged to give my credit card information for that transaction. But I never have committed myself to buy or order anything. Accepting any gift product does not mean putting an order for that product.
I never received that free gift until I left Australia on October 29 back home to the Philippines. But I received notification from my bank in close intervals that I made an internet or mail/phone purchases as follows:
1. You made an internet or mail/phone purchase at bellaplex.com 18 Ireland using your RCBC Card xxxx1100 on 12/08 5:00AM
2. You made an internet or mail/phone purchase ay HYD*TRYHYDROLYZE.COM 02 Ireland using your RCBC card xxxx1100 12/08 5:05AM
3. You made an internet or mail/phone purchase at HYD*TRYHYDROLYZE.Com 02 Ireland using your RCBC Card ending xxxx1100 on 11/23 12:25AM
4. You made an internet or mail/phone purchase at HYD*BELLAPLEX.Com 02 Ireland using your RCBC Card xxxx1100 on 11/23 12/26 AM
5. You made an internet or mail/phone purchase at Amourx.net Aa Denmark using your RCBC card ending xxxx1100 on 11/21 10:30pm
I brought this matter to the attention of my bank and its legal officers because anyone would find this all as fraudulent. I vehemently deny putting an order to abovementioned products very particularly on the specified dates. If this is true, would the product endorser not have the courtesy and obligation to notify me for my confirmation of the transaction? Where should the products be delivered? In Australia?
May I request for the cancellation of said purchases and initiate immediate refund for any amount claimed or deducted from my credit card. Thank you.
