I took out the trail for the anti wrinkle cream, They sent it along with an eye cream too which I hadn't ask for. I got the delivery 3 days before the end of the trail period. I did not open the products, so seal not broken! lucky for me i had just looked at my bank balance for something not related and noticed the two payments of £89.99 had been taken out of my bank account. I looked closer and notice it was Revitaderm. I phoned my bank to raise my concern and was told this happens a lot and to contact the company to discuss a refund. I like others didn't read the small print. I didn't know they planned on taking the cost of the cream after a 14 day trail period. I cot in contact with the company and they said send the products back unopened, which lucky for me they were unopened, I feel sorry for the people who may have opened them, as the company may have a good excuse not to refund!.Anyway I have since rang on numerous occasions asking where my refund is? The second to the last time I rang,(this being the 5th time) they said send the tracking number for proof of postage. I did this then rang again, they said it has been received and the case was 'Escalated' and would be back in my account in 14 days. This did not happen so rang again!! today the 9th Nov 16. They said it is due in another 7-9 days. WOW, I am at my wits end.
