I ordered shoes on this site on 18 November 2016 Order # 115 details Men Black Leather Boots - T.U.K. Original Footwear 3 Buckle Poi Size 2 - Eur43 / US9.5 / UK8.5, and I have not received any order confirmation or order tracking. My order is nevertheless well registered on the site and pending since November 18, 2016. I have been debited the amount of this order is £ 75.91. I would like to know when is my order and my money?

J'ai commandé des chaussures sur ce site le 18 Novembre 2016 Order #115 details Men Black Leather Boots - T.U.K. Original Footwear 3 Buckle Poi Size 2 - Eur43/US9.5/UK8.5, et je n'ai pas reçu de confirmation de commande, ni de suivi de commande. Ma commande est pourtant bien enregistré sur le site et en attente depuis le 18 Novembre 2016. J'ai bien été débité du montant de cette commande soit 75.91£. Je souhaiterai savoir quand est-il de ma commande et de mon argent ?
