Neuphoric reawaken phytoceramide eye cream video ads appear all over Facebook. The video ad show that undereye puffiness visibly disappear within 3 minutes. That is not even close to what the product DOES NOT DO. I cancelled my account and told them of my complaint. The said I must have the wrong skintype. The product is labeled for all skin types. My skin is just like millions of others so I don't buy their claim at all. The same product video ads show the exact same video for dozens of different product names all using the exact same video. This is a product scam that is using false advertising and confusion of product to hook customers for a "free trial" that automatically enrolls you in an $80.00 monthly charge for repeat fulfillment of the product each month. I was able to cancel my account from being charged but the scam is still ongoing. When I searched for reawaken eye cream scams on the internet, there were several sites that I was directed to, all claiming that it is the best product. Yet each identical site using the same ad directs you to an identical review and recomment of the product. It appears to be a company strategy to misrepresent a variety of differently named products all claiming the same thing. I believe this is a larger scam than I first thought. This company needs to be confronted. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney-General of California. Others should be aware of this ripoff.
