International boundaries

In a nutshell:
1) a product takes about 1 month to be delivered;
2) the product they initially ship is not the correct order or size;
3) we are forced to return while they have already charged our accounts;
4) returns are instructed to be sent to another buyer who had just purchased the item you have;
5) they make you pay for the shipping to the other buyer even if it's outside the country;
6) there is no way for them to assure we have "returned" the item (to a random buyer) and therefore to refund us the amount

Narrative:
I ordered a Patriots hoodie on 9/27. A package with a New Orleans Saints hoodie (instead) was delivered on 10/25. I emailed ChampionsLove on the same day requesting for return and refund instructions.

A woman named Erna Davis got back to me on 11/13 asking for a picture of the product. I sent it to her on the same day.

Then, she contacted me on 11/23 asking about the size Saints hoodie I had received, and informed me that she would give me return instructions within 48 hours of me responding about the size. Again, I provided her the size on the same day, emphasizing that I expect return instructions by 11/25.

I contacted her on 11/27 reminding her about her commitment of providing me return instructions by 11/25. She replies saying she's figuring out the best and cheapest way for me and asked to be patient. I immediately replied stating that I am surprised they do not already have a return process in place and asked for a timeframe I will receive the return and refund instructions.

She replies on 11/28 saying that my Patriots hoodie is on its way. And the Saints one I have received wrongly is supposed to be going to a different country, in which she is figuring out the cheapest way for me to ship. I replied to her reminding her that I've been clear about requesting for REFUND and not for an EXCHANGE.

Today, on 11/30, I received a Patriots hoodie (wrong size) from another buyer requesting me for the refund.
